Stile Libero Design, represented by its current legal representative, with its registered office in Chiarano di Treviso (hereinafter, the “Data Controller”), in its capacity of Data Controller, hereby informs you, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No 2016/679 (hereinafter, the “GDPR”), that, in relation to this website (www.stileliberodesign.com), your personal data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes.
1. Object of the processing
The Data Controller processes:
– Personal identification data (e.g. first name, surname, tax code, date and place of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank and payment details), hereinafter referred to as ‘data’, which you have provided in connection with a business relationship or for the purpose of using specific services (for example, subscribing to a newsletter, completing contact forms or live chat);
– Browsing data: collected for anonymous statistical purposes regarding the use of the website and to verify that it is functioning correctly or to provide the services available on the site. With regard to information collected via third-party cookies for aggregate statistics, the Data Controller takes measures such as IP address masking and requests that third parties do not combine this information with other data processing activities, nor pass it on to further third parties (as set out in the Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines of 10 June 2021).
